Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Netvalo as a content creator ("Creator"). By activating a Creator account, you agree to be bound by these terms in addition to Netvalo's general Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

To become a Creator on Netvalo you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Hold a valid Netvalo user account in good standing.
• Be legally permitted to enter into contracts in your country of residence.
• Agree to connect a Stripe payout account before withdrawing any earnings.

2. Creator Plans

Netvalo offers the following Creator plans:

Plan terms are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice communicated to your registered email address.

3. Content Ownership & Licensing

• You retain full ownership of all content you upload ("Creator Content").
• By uploading Creator Content, you grant Netvalo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, stream, and promote your content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.
• You confirm that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licences, and permissions for every piece of content you upload.
• You must not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property, contains adult-only material without proper age-gating, or violates any applicable law.

4. Pricing & Revenue

• You set the price for each video you publish. The minimum price for paid content is $1.00 USD.
• Netvalo collects a platform commission on each sale as defined in Section 2. Payment to you is calculated as: Sale Price × (1 – Commission Rate).
• Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect. You must complete Stripe's identity verification before withdrawals are enabled.
• Earnings may be held for up to 14 days after a sale to allow for refund resolution before being released for withdrawal.

5. Content Standards

Creator Content must not:

• Infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right.
• Contain false, misleading, or deceptive claims about the content or its creator.
• Include spam, malware, phishing, or any technically harmful material.
• Violate the privacy or data protection rights of any individual.
• Promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination.

Netvalo reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards without prior notice.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

Netvalo may suspend or terminate your Creator account if you:

• Violate this Agreement or the general Terms of Service.
• Attempt to defraud buyers or the platform.
• Receive an excessive number of valid content complaints or chargebacks.

Upon termination, any earned balance that has cleared the 14-day hold period will be paid out to your Stripe account. Content will be removed from the marketplace within 30 days.

7. Modifications

Netvalo may update this Agreement at any time. We will notify Creators by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Creator features after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction where Netvalo is incorporated.
